Warranty Built to last. Covered against faults.
Every VendPlay machine is quality-checked before dispatch and covered against defects caused by faulty parts or workmanship under normal commercial use. The full terms are set out below: what is covered, for how long, what is excluded, and how to make a claim.
What is covered
- 3 years — structural cabinet, frame and chassis.
- 2 years — touchscreen display, payment reader and supplied software functionality.
- 12 months — motors, wiring, sensors, control boards, lighting and other electronics.
- Remote troubleshooting and warranty parts support for a covered fault.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, consumables and wear parts, plus operator stock loss or cash handling loss.
- Misuse, unauthorised alterations, or repairs carried out by unauthorised technicians.
- Vandalism, theft, arson, malicious damage, cosmetic damage or physical abuse.
- Damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters.
- Gaming licence costs, regulatory approvals and site permit costs.
How to make a claim
- Email support@vendplays.com with your machine serial number, order reference and a description of the fault. Photos of the fault and the serial plate help us assess it faster.
- We assess the fault and confirm whether it falls under warranty and which component period applies.
- If it is covered, we arrange the appropriate remedy — parts, repair or replacement of the covered component — and confirm the next step with you.
Coverage start, parts and your rights
Coverage starts on delivery and applies to faults caused by defective parts or workmanship under normal commercial use.
Replacement parts can be requested through the parts catalogue. Compatibility, availability and pricing are confirmed against your machine model and serial number before payment, and a paid parts request is assessed separately from a warranty claim.
These warranty terms do not replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Warranty periods apply to VendPlay machines under normal commercial use and start on delivery. Read the full warranty terms or the terms of sale.

How does the payment work?
Pay the full order total at checkout. Machines are purchased outright, with no later machine balance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are processed securely by Paystack with 3D Secure, and Bitcoin is accepted straight to our wallet. Card details are never stored on this site.
How long does manufacturing take?
Current lead time is 4–6 weeks from payment and specification approval. We confirm the final specification with you before production starts.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide by air or sea freight. Delivery cost and transit time are quoted per order before dispatch.
Can I use an affiliate code?
Yes. Enter an affiliate code at checkout for 5% off machines. Affiliates earn commission on every qualifying build.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty coverage is 3 years for the structure, 2 years for the touchscreen, payment reader and software functionality, and 12 months for motors and other electronics. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Sign in to your account dashboard, enter your order number and follow the build status from payment to delivery.
