Terms of sale

Full payment, production, delivery and warranty terms for machine purchases.

1. Your order

VendPlay supplies machines built to the configuration confirmed with you. Check the model, options, delivery address and order total before paying. Production begins after full payment and written specification approval.

2. Full payment

Machines are purchased outright. The full order total is payable at checkout; there is no manufacturing deposit or later machine balance. The order summary shows the machine, selected options, delivery and applicable taxes or duties. Any change to your approved order requires your agreement and an updated price before work proceeds.

3. Specification approval and production

We confirm the machine specification before production. The normal build window is 4–6 weeks after specification approval and cleared payment. Delivery transit time is separate from production time.

4. Our production promise

If your machine is not built within six weeks after specification approval and cleared payment, VendPlay covers the shipping option on your confirmed order. If you have already paid that delivery charge, it will be refunded. We will contact you with an updated completion date.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a refund before production starts. Once production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind and are non-refundable on that basis. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

6. Delivery and inspection

We confirm the delivery method and address with your order. Transit estimates depend on the carrier and destination. Inspect the machine on arrival and report transport damage or missing items promptly, with photos and your order number, so we can assist.

7. Warranty

Coverage starts on delivery and applies to faults caused by defective parts or workmanship under normal commercial use. Contact support@vendplays.com with the serial number, order reference and a description of the fault. We will assess the fault and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Normal wear, consumables, misuse, unauthorised alterations, vandalism and external damage are not manufacturing defects. These warranty terms do not replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Support and parts

Replacement parts can be requested through the parts catalogue. Compatibility, availability and pricing are confirmed against the machine model and serial number before payment. Warranty coverage is assessed separately from a paid parts request.

9. Order records and privacy

Keep your order confirmation and invoice. Personal information is used to process the order, arrange delivery and provide support as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support@vendplays.com with questions about your order or these terms.

10. Product use and applicable requirements

Operators are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to the machine, products sold and venue in their location, including any product restrictions or permissions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
