VendPlay Manufacturing Ltd ("VendPlay", "we", "us") designs and builds smart vending and slot machines in our own factory and ships them worldwide. • Payment information — card details entered at checkout are sent to the payment processor so that funds can be charged. Card details are not stored on this site. Bitcoin payments are directed to a public wallet address; we only see what the blockchain records.
• Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

3. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your order, including confirming deposits and collecting the balance.
• To run your account, order tracking and support conversations.
• To apply affiliate discount codes and pay affiliate rewards.
• To administer the investment programme and comply with reporting obligations.

4. Payment processing

Card payments at checkout are handled by Paystack, our secure card processor. Your card number never reaches our servers and is never stored by VendPlay. Verification steps such as PIN, OTP or 3D Secure are completed directly with your bank or Paystack.

Bitcoin payments are sent to our public wallet and confirmed on the Bitcoin network. We do not see or store any private keys, and you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address shown at checkout.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors, couriers, and hosting providers, and only to the extent needed to provide our services. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

6. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal data to staff who need it, and keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example financial and tax records).

7. Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics and functional storage (such as your cart and saved configuration) to keep the site working. We do not use invasive advertising trackers. You can clear these from your browser at any time.
