Vending machine pricing: what it actually costs

What the price includes

Every VendPlay machine is priced in South African Rand and includes 15% VAT. The price covers the machine built to your confirmed specification in our own factory, VendPlay OS with remote management and stock tracking, a cashless card reader, and the 12-month warranty.

Why machines are made to order

Because every machine is built for you, we don't carry finished inventory. That is what keeps prices competitive and lets you configure the machine exactly for your site and product mix. It is also why orders run on a build schedule rather than shipping from a warehouse shelf.

How full payment keeps pricing clear

Pay the full order total at checkout. Machines are purchased outright, with no later machine balance.

What is not in the price

• Stock and product inventory for the machine.
• Site commission or rental paid to the location owner.
• Shipping, quoted separately before dispatch.
• Ongoing restocking labour and consumables.

Plan for these before you commit. On a healthy route, stock and site costs come out of revenue, but you need working capital for the first few weeks.

Affiliate discounts

An affiliate code at checkout takes 5% off the machine price. The discount is applied to the order total before your payment is calculated, so it lowers the amount you pay today as well.
